Shut Down Button In Windows Server 2012

Microsoft Windows Server 2012 has a new look, different from previous Windows server (Windows server 2003 and Windows Server 2008). It has a better and dynamic view and the menus are different  including the Start Button, and Power Button.

If you want to disconnect, shutdown or restart the server,  go to the Power button




Move the mouse cursor to the top right corner of your window, and the menu will appear, then click Setting  icon


From here you can see the Power button, 


Click the Power icon and then you can choose to Disconnect, Shutdown, or Restart the Windows 2012 Server.
