How to Work Offline in Chrome

Offline Browsing in Google Chrome 

You can re-open the pages of a website or blog that have been previously opened without an internet connection using work offline mode. This is very helpful when your internet connection is limited (not always available), by way of opening pages of the website when the computer / laptop connected to the internet, and then re-open/read when not connected to the Internet.

In the Google Chrome browser to enable offline work mode :
Write (or copy & paste) the following code to the address bar
chrome://flags/#enable-offline-mode
then press Enter.



Click  Enable to enable work offline mode.

To see the result :
Connect to Internet and try to open one page of a website, after the page is fully open and then close the browser, disconnect the internet connection, then re-open the page without  Internet connection, then the page will open.

Vaio stuck on loading screen after upgrading to Windows 10

My Sony Vaio laptop model : VPCCA16FB with originally using Windows 7 operating system, then now I already upgraded it to Windows 10. All drivers are already installed for each device, everything is OK with this Windows 10 OS. The only problem is:  when I switch the laptop on or restarting it, after vaio logo appears then it stuck with blank screen and it takes about 2 minutes. After that, then it continues to loading Windows. After I googling about the problem, I am not only the one, other people also have the similar problem with their laptops. The cause is in the Ultra Low Power State (ULPS) system. ULPS is a feature or mode in hardware (graphics card) designed to save power by reducing energy consumption to very low levels.
