Solve Not eligible for monetization in Youtube

When you have your own video in Youtube that mark Not eligible for monetization, and you want to enable it for monetization.

One of the reasons that the video is not eligible for monetization, because it has a music background on it. music has the copyright, we cannot use it without permission.

The solution. Youtube has provided a lot of musics for our videos, they are free and of course Eligible for monetization.

To change  music for your video, you can do it online. just choose a song that has been provided by youtube, you don't need to re-upload the video.

• Login to your Youtube.
• Choose Video Manager.
• Choose the video that you will be edited.
• Click  Audio tab.
• Choose the music from the list
• Click Save as new video.

Vaio stuck on loading screen after upgrading to Windows 10

My Sony Vaio laptop model : VPCCA16FB with originally using Windows 7 operating system, then now I already upgraded it to Windows 10. All drivers are already installed for each device, everything is OK with this Windows 10 OS. The only problem is:  when I switch the laptop on or restarting it, after vaio logo appears then it stuck with blank screen and it takes about 2 minutes. The cause is in the Ultra Low Power State (ULPS) system. ULPS is a feature or mode in hardware (graphics card) designed to save power by reducing energy consumption to very low levels.
