How to set Out of office, Autoresponder, Auto reply in Gmail

If you are in vacation or just want to be free from email activity, or for other reasons, in Gmail when someone, your friends, or your contacts send you an email, automatically  you can reply and  tell  them that you are in vacation or you are out of office, using auto reply or auto responder immediately sent after they send you  the mail.

To set auto reply in Gmail

• Log in to your Gmail
• Go to Settings Menu, at the right of the Gmail window.

VMware Accelerated AMD PCNet Adapter Driver For Windows 7 Download

In Our VMware Vsphere 4 when installing Windows 7, there was no driver for VMware Accelerated AMD PCNet Adapter, we had to install manually  from Inside Windows 7 using Device Manager.

How To Resize Picture ( reduce file size ) Using MS Outlook

If at your workplace using Ms Outlook (e-mail client software from Microsoft), and  if you  need to make smaller  or resize the picture file, you can use this Ms. Outlook by sending the attachment (the picture) to your friend  or to yourself, and receive the new size of the attachment

Here's the way :
• Highlight / block the picture/s
• Right-click on it , and select Sent To -> Mail recipient

How To Know Android Local IP Address

While connecting to the hotspot or wifi,  android device ( smartphone,  tablet, etc) will get the IP (internet protocol) address, which is given by the DHCP server in it's hotspot / wifi.

To find a local IP address given (obtained by the android) while it is connected to a wifi/ hotspot, following the steps below.

• Go to the Settings menu

Combination Portrait And Landscape Pages In the Same File MS Word 2007

To create pages with different pages layout, portrait and landscape in the same word document (in the same file)  in MS Word 2007.

Below are the steps :

For example to make page 1 portrait and page 2 is landscape

• Run MS Word
We have to make different section for each page. Section 1 for page 1 and section 2 for page 2 ( section 3 for next page..and so on )

• Place the cursor on the page 1
• Go to  Page Layout menu tab
• Click on  Breaks
• Click on Next Page
