To block sender in Gmail :

1. Open the email that you want to block
2. Click more menu (small inverted triangle/ see the picture).
3. Select  Block "Sender".

Next time you will not receive the emails from that sender (block sender).

How to Install Chrome in Mac OS

How to install Google Chrome browser in Mac OS X.

Default browser for Mac OS is Safari. You can also install other browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Usually to install an app in Mac, through App Store, but for  Google Chrome browser at this time there is no Chrome in App store.

The solution to install Chrome browser in Mac OS you can go to Chrome website and download the installer (googlechrome.dmg)

Open the browser (Safari) and search for Google chrome to get to Chrome website. then choose Download. It will automatically detect the  Google Chrome for Mac.

Task Manager in Mac OS

Task Manager is in Windows computer, for computer running Mac OS the name is Activity Monitor.

To Run Activity Monitor :

Press Command + Space bar, it will show the Search field.
Write Activity monitor in search column, then you will see result Activity Monitor, click it to run.

Other way:
In Main screen/desktop, Choose Go menu, then choose Utilities, then you will see the Activity monitor

Example to force stopping the application: Select the App, then click x sign, it will force closing/quit the application..

In Chrome you can play T-Rex game when offline

When there is no Internet connection or Internet has a problem in the Google Chrome browser then Chrome will tell you 'There is no Internet connection', also you will see a small Dinosaurus T-Rex.
If you hasn't known, T-Rex is a small game  in Chrome you  can only  play it when Offline or no internet connection.

To play Chrome T-Rex, use the Spacebar key to start and to play (jump).

How to Remote Windows Desktop from Ubuntu

Remote desktop Windows (RDP) using Ubuntu.

In this example I use Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
One of the applications for Remote desktop Windows is Remmina Remote Desktop Client App.
By default, this remote App is already installed in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

1. To be able accessing and doing remote desktop, each computer must connect to the network (LAN) or Wi-fi network.

2. Check the IP address of Windows computer, see this previous post to know IP address. (This IP address will be used on the Ubuntu client to access the remote computer (windows). You can also use the computer name to access if the DNS service is active).

3. Allow Remote desktop access setting in the Windows. for example you can see this post to enable Windows remote desktop access,

4. After allowing the remote desktop access, then you have to set  the Windows firewall to give the access for remote desktop protocol.

Example to set  Windows firewall  in Windows 8 or Windows 10.
In the search column, type/write or copy paste this words: Allow an app through Windows firewall, then you will see result on the best match, click it.

In the Allowed apps and features page, give a tick for Remote Desktop as shown in the figure below.

Next steps, on the Ubuntu for accessing.

5. Choose/click Search your computer icon. Type/write: Remmina, then you will see the Remmina Remote Desktop Client. Click on it to run the application.

6. Type the IP address of Windows computer (see step 2) and see the capture/figure below, click Connect.
7. Input the username and password of Windows user (user who has privilege for accessing remote desktop, the Administrator already has access for remote desktop without adding it to remote desktop user) .

8. You can also create profile first, to make easier when you will connect to the remote desktop.
Click New to make connection profile.  Give a name for profile name, type IP address or computer name in server column, then username and password. Save it.

Where is Recycle Bin in Windows 10

Recycle Bin in Windows 10.

Same as previous, Windows 8, location for Recycle bin in Windows 10 is on the Desktop.
If you don't find it, maybe the status is hide, you can check by entering to the Desktop ion setting.

1. Go to Search/Ask me anything (beside the Start menu)
2. Type:  desktop icon, then you will see 'Show or hide common icons on the desktop', choose/click it.
3. Now you can set for Desktop icon, not only for Recycle bin, you can also hide/unhide for Control Panel, Computer, Network, and User's Files. Give a tick on desktop icon that you want to show on the desktop.

How to Sign out in WIndows 10

Where is Sign out button in Windows 10?

When you click the power menu, you will see for Sleep, Shut down and Restart, no Sign out button is there.

There is no Sign out in Power menu

The location of Sign out button in Windows 10 (also in Windows 8.1) is not in Power menu, but in User menu, You can see the user menu (user icon/or your profile photo if you already use) is above the Power menu.

You will see  Change account setting, Lock, or Sign out.

Remote Desktop Setting in Windows Server 2016

How to set Remote Desktop in Windows Server 2016.

Same as other Windows to enable Remote desktop in Windows Server 2016:

1. Open File Explorer
2. Right-click This PC
3. Choose Properties.

4. Choose Remote settings

5, Choose Allow remote connections to this computer. There will be the alert : Remote Desktop Firewall exception will be enable, click OK.
Also in this window you can manage the user for remote desktop. Leave it if you don't need. (the administrator account will have the access without setting this option)

5. Click Apply, click OK.
The Remote Desktop access is ready.

Now go to client computer that will be used for accessing the remote computer/server.
In the example I use Windows 10.
2.1. Press Windows+R to open RUN command. Type mstsc then click OK or hit Enter.

2.2.Write the ip address of the remote computer/server.
in the example my ip server is, to start connecting, click Connect button.

2.3. You will be asked for username and password. click OK if ready.

2.4. Now you can see the desktop of remote computer/Windows server 2016.

Set default save format to Word 97-2003 in Ms Word 2016

How to set default save format in office 2016. 
In this example is to set default save format to Word 97-2003 (doc).

1. In Microsoft Office 2016 page, choose/click File tab.

2. Then choose Options.

3. In Word options page, choose Save.  And for Save files in this format: choose : Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc). Then click Ok.
Now, if I click Save for new document, the dialog will show that save format is already to Word 97-2003 document.

The answer is : At this time you cannot see the email header from Windows 10 mail App.

The solution. Open the email using Internet browser, (also you can use email client software, like Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc, but  you have to setting account first, take a time).

If you already use 4G device and 4G SIM card, but your device is often get 3G network, not 4G network, then you see the network setting to set 4G only, but in the Android at this time there is no option for 4G only network. there is only has an auto setting (4G/3G/2G auto).
